Deconstructing so-called Unbelievable Sound Experience

Yes, we are talking about headphones.

We used to get them from a new smartphone package, but today it’s no small thing and it isn’t free. Modern day headphones come at a price from $50 up to $500 and that’s not a problem for consumers as well.

When Apple launched AirPods, the world welcomed it with both hands and made it one of the most selling headphones in the world. In fact, if Apple decided to make AirPods business independent, so that it would become another Fortune 500 company by itself.

Competition

Interestingly, there’s massive competition around the globe on selling wireless headphones. Giants like Samsung, Sony and even Amazon and Microsoft are playing on the market. The fact that most of the top selling companies are equipped to build headphones with wonderful sound experience is well known.

It’s beautiful. Wireless headphones are great when it comes to accessibility, ease of use and sound experience. Even if the sound quality is subjective to brand and price, the experience is still a good one.

Noise Cancellation

People hate noise, especially when they listen to music or while working in a cafe. The new generation of headphones comes with a wonderful feature called noise cancellation which acts like a sound proofing feature by giving more immersive experience to the music. You know the sounds get clear, when the noise is lower.

Of course, there are some serious bias on the market considering quality. Sony provides one of the world’s most noise cancelling headphones with exceptional sound quality, but they won’t be able to sell huge quantities because people still choose Apple due to its connectivity and brand value.

Professional

Well, in the professional field especially in terms of musicians and sound engineers, they choose the right one when it comes to sound quality. Because they know what works best for them considering various technical factors coming along the headphones. The consumer brands are clearly aware of these facts and they usually don’t put a lot of hands into making it worse.

Brands like Sennheiser builds headphones for both professionals and common users, but they sell most of their products to professionals because it’s built that way and the sound experience cannot be even compared.

Bottom line fact is that the entire slow thing about headphones is gone. People are spending massive money every year on headphones just for a better sound experience. It’s fashion, it’s like a new minimalistic ornament and even prestige at some point. It’s a big good bye to free headphones that comes with a smartphone packages, and of course why worry about headphones when you don’t even get a charger?
