Google Drive Is Now Google One, And Comes With a Ton Of Features

When it comes to online storage, nothing beats Google One. The online cloud storage has been popular for years, and it continues to be one of the most online storage services. Now, Google is rebranding the service and overhauling its features to extend further support.

Google Drive is now being called as Google One, and the online cloud storage is gradually rolling out its service to existing paid users of Google Drive across the globe. And it is not without any reason that Google Drive is one of the most sought-after storage options.

More Features

Drive is without a doubt one of the more affordable online storage options that are available at the moment. When compared to Dropbox and Apple iCloud, Google Drive is one of the more functional and reasonable online storage options out there. This new change is being rolled out around the world, and Google wants to bring that change to India too.

For Indian users, Google has been sending emails informing the change, and Google is also offering tons of options and features with this storage option. Google is also busy redesigning the app too. Google One is also getting a neat material design app, and the app is out listing details and also has features like listing out the number of people who are using an account, and also who is using most of the cloud storage out there.

But, what are the major new updates that come with Google One? Google One is looking into changing the way Google Drive is being run, and also into a more storage-focused service. Paid users get much more though, literally. Paid users get access to over 100GB and above of storage on Drive, and it also remains the case with Google One also.

Added Services

The Google One would be sharing storage space with photos, emails, documents, and videos too. Google is also giving out sweet discounts too, and that not just for its own services. Though right now this is available for users just in the US, this is also expected to be rolled out to Indian users too.

And one of the more important features is that Google is providing direct access to its experts for any queries that customers might have. So, if someone in your family is sharing your account, say an elderly one, and if they have any query regarding the service, they can always call and get an answer to any query that they might have.

Google is sure expanding, but one can only wait and see how the service would be applicable in India.
