Gmail lets you send emails in confidential mode

Seems like the most useful and important new feature from Gmail is being unused by a big majority of Gmail users, so here is an alert about a brilliant feature developed by Google for Gmail users.

Gmail just got a better user interface, try it now

If you’re working for a company or if you’re somehow related to any kind of official activities, then you should probably know the importance of confidential emails.

Some emails are like floodgates, you open them accidentally and the entire schedule goes wrong, but some emails are gold and the data it contains might be super confidential.

Keeping emails confidential was just a thought, it was a mere psychological concept that never existed, but today you can really do that with Gmail.

With Google’s new confidential mode implemented in Gmail, you can now send an email to your boss, client or colleague with utmost possible confidentiality. The feature allows users to keep a passcode to open the email and the passcode is being generated by sending SMS to the given mobile number.

Interesting isn’t it?

Also, the content of the email, the ability to forward the email and even the access to download attachments will be blocked on the expiry date which you can put on the confidential mode.

Keep the data safe, Google!
