Google Tasks — Minimal to-do list management app

Google has developed lots of apps which are way too helpful compared to other apps on the planet. Google is like the hot chick in town, no matter how many companies and develop build, the style of Google is totally different from all of them and they do in the most advanced way possible.

Well, this time it’s minimal.

Minimalism is the concept of decluttering unwanted things from your life, and the best thing about work is that people badly need decluttering to turn their focus to the right direction.

Maybe, that’s the main reason why Google chose to go minimal with their new tasks app. Yes, Google just launched a new application to help you manage your goals and tasks without decorations.

Google calendar is already being used by millions of people around the world to manage their day to day activities. Google calendar just got a brilliant design which makes it so easy and comfortable to use, but they do have other products like Google Inbox which is quite similar to Gmail, but in an advanced way.

Google inbox already has the reminder feature which will let you add tasks and get it done with a reminder. Inbox works with some more intelligence compared to Gmail with features like instant reply, understanding your emails and a lot more (it’s pretty handy).

The new Google tasks app is pretty interesting when it comes to the syncing feature, by default you can add tasks and even add subtasks by putting a date and time to remind you the deadline.

You can create tasks from emails and keep track of them on a very minimal too much white interface. It even works with GSuite which means you can now take it to work with you at your workplace.

The application is as small as 4 megabytes which is very much tiny and doesn’t pull down your phone for keeping tasks. Well, I know the fact that 100’s of other apps do exist to manage tasks and you might be using one of them already.

But in this case, you got reasons to migrate from your existing to-do list app to the Google’s one because it’s forever free and doesn’t come with a paid plan, has all the brilliant features and can be synced with emails.

It’s Google by the way, everybody knows what Google does (pretty basic).
