Microsoft releases Edge for macOS canary build

Microsoft just released a canary build version of Microsoft Edge for macOS. Last month, the chromium-based browser was released for testing in Windows 10, but today it’s available for testing on macOS. Preview on macOS includes lots of features like font modifications, keyboard shortcuts Mac users are familiar with and also adds shortcuts and tab switching through the Touch Bar on MacBook Pro.

The canary build is a test version where the company is expecting a lot of user feedback to improve the experience. It also borrows features from Chrome which is obviously something to be done to keep up in the market. The browser is developed on the open-source Chromium base to keep up the standards.
